Andy Cohen, now a publisher, has a new book, too

Look for a lot more Andy Cohen (and pals) in bookstores.

The bon vivant host of Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live has a new book coming in November, and he’s launching his own publishing imprint, Andy Cohen Books, a division of Henry Holt that “will showcase Cohen’s unique ability to discover compelling personal narratives.”

Cohen’s book Superficial: More Adventures from the Andy Cohen Diaries will hit stores on Nov. 15, Holt announced Thursday. It’s a sequel to 2014’s The Andy Cohen Diaries.

Best-Selling Books list.

Cohen, 48, also produces The Real Housewives franchise. And he’s been in the conversation to pair with his friend Kelly Ripa as a possible replacement for Michael Strahan on Live with Kelly.

Henry Holt said the first list of titles under Cohen’s publishing imprint will be announced at a later date.

“My not-so secret passion is writing and through my wonderful partnership with Holt, I’ve become obsessed with the business of publishing,” Cohen said in a statement. “I’m already developing shows for radio and TV, and now can’t wait to develop best-selling books written by many of the people I know who are primed to hit it out of the park.”

Gillian Blake, Holt editor in chief, said in a statement: “At the heart of Andy Cohen’s many remarkable talents, there is a pure genius for tapping into what people are craving in today’s marketplace,” said Blake. “Books are a natural next direction for Andy, who has brought tremendous media savvy to the publication of his own books at Holt.  He is an ideal partner.”
